Title: Tool To Remove Climate Control Outlet Grille

I need the tool to remove the climate control outlet grille on a 1976 Cadillac.  The OTC Kent Moore Tool Company no longer has the tool available.  Can not find on eBay or Google search.  Part number J-21612 or J-24612-01.

Looking at the Shop Manual, it shouldn't be hard to make one.

Making it is the only way you will get one. I used an old set of BBQ grille tongs.

I hope I never have to take those things out again. The top picture that Greg posted is just a little bigger than actual size of the tool.
