1955 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz Conv. - $12,500 - car with matching numbers, Missouri title in my name - project car with options if wanted - engine stuck, I pulled the radiator and soaked the block down thinking it might loosen up, but it didn't - this was a local car and got parked behind the owners house about 1964 or 1965, and has been there since - yes, will need to be trailered or hauled with a roll-back - available optional equipment that can be purchased with this car - - batwing breather, $1200 - 2 x 4's intake manifold, $200 - ribbed aluminum floor mats, $900 - newly made heavy duty black parade boot, $1200

throw in the "extra" parts for $3500, but you still have a car that needs an entire floor, trunk floor, quarter panels,
has other rust, and needs chrome, paint, top ...
$12,500 seems like a lofty goal for a car that needs absolutely everything. If the engine ran and it "yard drove" at least there would be a ray of hope. Alas, it appears that all hope has been lost. We aren't getting off the island after all Gilligan. I do appreciate the seller's honesty in saying that they tried to "free-up" the motor to no avail. I strongly encourage the restoration of any and all Cadillacs, but obviously proceed with caution and deep pockets, on this one.
