Title: 1947 Cadillac help: 2 inch Heater & Defroster Air Duct Hose
Post by: bigbry13 on October 27, 2023, 01:28:40 PM
Wrapping up some resto work on my 47 Cadillac and my friend who did the rewire needs to replace the 2" Flexible Heater & Defroster Air Duct Hose. The only source I can find for it is on eBay and it's $17 a foot. Need about 10 feet. Anyone have a better source or recommendation on the correct type hose to use?
Thank you
Bryan

This is on Ebay and cost $10 per foot. Free shipping. I bought it for my 1941.

If you don't require it to be made from original material, you can get 2" duct on Amazon for about $3/foot.

I bought hose from Mcmaster Carr 53145K45. Black rubber with a stainless wire inside.  It's very nice and $4.83 a foot.  Also bought the 4" for my duct hose under the hood
