These should be available about anywhere. An in-depth search should turn up something. Being in Canada may hamper the shipping a bit and Trudopes taxes and duties may double the cost.

Moog 1965-1976 rear wheel drive exc 75series K 5160 upper or lower kit for 1 arm
TRW 1965-1972 rear wheel drive exc 75 series 12225 bushing use 8
1973-1976 " " " " " no listing (1981 book)
Cadillac 1976-1981 Book (1987 printing) only lists arm with bushings
TRW Claim # 12225 replaces Cad# 1482693 and 1482694
