Take it to the show as is
Biarritz' could have a sunroof and a stainless steel roof section?
the ss roof and landau top are what distinguishes the Biarritz from the other Eldorado model on the exterior
I am sure this has been well taken care of but $14,000? At 80,000 1980 miles this is likely not a $14,000 car. It would take a stack of receipts to prove to me to spend the extra money. Still, triple black 1980 Eldorados in this condition are few and far between.
Colors have a dramatic effect on value and triple black or double black w/red leather are at the top of the list. If the car is as nice as it appears, mechanically sorted with all equipment in working order, I don't think the asking price is out of line.
1980 is one of the "good driveline" years (79-81) which is also a plus.
Bryan,
Having owned five 4100 HT's of that era, it's got to be worth a lot more simply because it's got a reliable engine in a lovely design.
