Title: 56 wiper eschucheon nozzle sealing grommet
Post by: JungleCadd on January 17, 2025, 11:23:17 AM
trying to find the thread where somebody showed what they came up with to get the wiper fluid feeder tube from the wiper tower to seal inside the eschucheon to the nozzle.

I think the rub is the hard turn into the nozzle where if you stuffed maybe some vinyly tube straight piece it will block the delivery. Wondering if i should try to seal it from the nozzle inlet.

I've used a small ID rubber hose (that would fit in the small brass tube at the transmission) and cut about ¼" and press it in, once the escutcheon nut is threaded in it should compressed the rubber tube sealing the inside. You may need to trim the rubber hose a bit too properly seal and not blocking the escutcheon from seating correctly.

Good luck..!
