Title: Authenticity Manuals - problem buying online (do you get the error page?)
Post by: Caddy Chris UK on July 01, 2025, 03:28:41 PM
Hello All...

This may well just be a 'me' problem. But just in case not, I thought I'd ask for the might of the CLC forum-goers to assist please!

I've been trying to access the authenticity manual products for months using the link in the CLC website (https://cadillaclasalleclub.org/) menu structure. First drop down of "Resources", then "Authenticity Manuals".

This takes me to a page with a 404 Error (page does not exist, this page: https://gmclubapparel.com/products/cadillac-and-lasalle-authenticity-manuals-copy).

I've had the same result for many months. I thought the product had been discontinued until I saw an advert in a current magazine. The GM Apparel company confirm they still sell the manuals, and can't help with the error page. They see a 'working page'. See attached screenshot of what they see from their end.  Hence wondering if this is a 'me only' problem, and my asking for your help please.

I've tried searching on the https://gmclubapparel.com/ website. I've tried downloading the GM Apparel app and searching. Oddly, I just can't find a method of accessing the authenticity manuals online.

Please could I ask if you could try accessing the authenticity manual product page via the below methods and report back with your findings:
1. from the CLC website page link (https://cadillaclasalleclub.org/)
2. from the GM Apparel site (https://gmclubapparel.com/)
3. from the GM Apparel app - if you have it.

I am hoping that this will help me find a link/page that works for me. Or if it doesn't work for you either, then at least I can provide some useful feedback to GM Apparel (who have already been a great help and have spent a lot of time and many to-and-fro emails trying to assist me).

Looking forward to your findings...

Happy 'authenticating'... and many thanks in advance.

I think there is an issue with overseas orders. I recently purchased a manual and sent it to a member in Germany since he was not able to order.
