Found in the WOW museum at Nelson, New Zealand: one style 4330 5-pass sedan. More later.
Yann. I thought you were "Camping" ?
~:<)
Jeff,
He probably was "camping" in the Museum so he could be near more Cadillacs.

Yann,
That would probably be the Newmans Coach Service V16 sedan that was over here in Australia for the bicentennial rally. I saw it at that time and it was still in very good condition then.
I seem to recall an article on it in Restored Cars magazine here not so long ago.
Enjoy the camping!
John Tozer
Thats the car, John. It was bought by the Newmann brothers in 1933 from Don Lee Cadillac. They put a "bus" body on the chassis and for years it then plied a mountainous route to a place called Tekaka in the north of New Zealands south island.
It was later converted back to the original limousine body that had been stored for 40-odd years !
I dont even want to GUESS at the current mileage but it has to be VERY high.
Yes, we were camping all over NZ. Gita "spied" the museum quite by chance as we drove into Nelson.
Now we are in Port Douglas, Australia and "enjoying" tropical weather and scenery.
Gday Yann,
Welcome to the land down under.
Now, regarding the V16, I suppose the body could be really called, New Old Stock.

Yann:
I hope you and Gita are having a fabulous trip. If you have a chance, do pop in on Mr. Burbidge. I understand my 59 Biarritz may already be plying the Pacific towards the land down under to its new owner!
Morgan
Yes, Morgan,
We learned from the shipper (whom we met yesterday) that the car is on its way.
We hope to meet Mr. Burbridge 1st weeks in April when we return to Sydney for three days before our return trip to USA.
Cad-hugs to you and Amy
