Hi, I have a 1953 Hydramatic for sale. It was wrongly installed in my 1954 Coupe DeVille and I have since put a correct 54 Hydramatic in it. I removed it from the car a few years ago when it was working beautifully, however, as it has been standing for a while I couldn't give any guarantee. I would be tempted to change the external seals and gaskets prior to use again. As stated at the top of the page this transmission is in England, so would really only be of use to someone here or in Europe as shipping back to the USA would be expensive. I do realise that the 53 version is a rare thing [with the factory fire that year], so if someone in the USA wants it I could find out about airfreight.
I am asking £300 [that is pounds not dollars] , it's worth more than that in spares.
Thanks.
Phil
