Gentlemen:
Here is the problem.  This 1978 Seville has head lights, stop lights, dome lights and turn
signal lights.  Not working are tail lights, dash lights, or side marker lights.  Any ideas out
there where one might start on this.  Any chance the sentinel might be involved.
Thanks in advance for your thoughts

I would start at the fuse box, and make sure there is a good fuse there. If so, then check the wire going to the tail lights and etc, for voltage. You may need a wiring diagram , and a volt ohm meter to find the wire as you go.
