Today, I found some condensers I have probably since years. The problem: I don't know for which years they are good (till 1955 or from 1956 onwards). They are made in Germany and, on the box there is a text saying that they replace the Delco D200.
Has somebody an old Delco catalog with that reference?
Thank you in advance!

Rodger,
Looking back in my '70s era catalog I see only D203 and D204 listed for ALL Delco distributors from 1946 through the '60s.
Autolight (distributor) condensers are "A", and Ford products are "F".  They show no radio suppression condensers (the ones on the coil and sometimes in the charging circuit).
Sorry

Rodger,
Just out of curiosity I Googled Delco D-200 condenser and found an e-bay sight that was showing Lucas parts with a condenser for a Vauxhall that was replacing the D-200.  It looks like the D-200 may have been intended for Europedan vehiclesw.

Lucas, huh?  Perhaps it's where all the power goes to when an engine powered by a Lucas ignition goes?   ;D

My Delco books show Delco D-200 equates to Cad part number 1869704 which was used from 1937 thru 1955.Used before 37 on certain models back to 1933. D-204 (1932004) used 1956 thru 1962. D-204 could have been used past 62 but my Delco book stops at 1962.

Thank you for all!
Greg, I had a look into Google before I asked here; I saw also that this number was installed on European cars, which was of no grat help.
Bill, it's exactly the info I was looking for. Now I can label them! The D204 was used for a long time, starting in 1956; in fact till HEI.
Nice Sunday to all.
