Is this dual quad intake for a Caddy?

A friend of mine came across this the other day and I think its for a Cadillac but not sure. Any idea of value and to what car it is to??

That is for a 56-57 Cad.  It's worth quite a bit mainly because those Carter carburetors are impossible to find, if the tags are on them that would help to figure out what year Cad this came off of.  Having them rebuilt can be very costly however.  If your friend has the original bat wing air cleaner that's probably worth as much or more than the intake and carbs.  How much is it worth?  Its a tough question without looking at it.  I can tell you this i bought an equally rare dual quad intake complete with carter carbs for my 54 Chrysler Hemi, i paid $450.00 at Carlisle and i thought i got a good deal.  Good Luck!
