78 Eldorado Steering Wheel Adjuster

I am looking for the steering wheel adjuster for a 78 Eldorado. I have pulled from other cars, but they don’t fit. Tried from a Seville, tried from a 80’s Fleetwood, and nothing fits. Also cannot get a bolt to go into the hole. Tried all the sizes I could find, standard and metric but could not find anything that fits. The threads look fine. So wondering if the steering column from Eldorados are smaller than some of the other cars? Maybe that thread is something peculiar?

For some reason the previous owner took it out. This part is part of the forward / back adjustment of the steering wheel.

This part is under the steering wheel horn pad.
