Perhaps you can show a picture of the window crank you need, is it the vent or the full window? I have found that the same cranks are used throughout the GM range over many different years with only small changes to the main arm location and length for different body styles.  Only major difference is weather its a wood framed or all steel door.

Very sorry, I thought you were needing the crank mechanism not the handle, what I wrote must have seemed confusing as I was talking about whats inside the door.  The crank handles are different for each make but sometimes cover a few years of the same make. You might find 39 similar.
