Hi

In the near future, I intend to install an outside visor on a 53 COUPE . An old set of instructions for a 50-51 Chevy says to mount roof bracket to roof with 1-1/4" screws that will go through outer roof and connect to windshield inner frame. Are Cadillac roofs constructed in the same way ? I would hate to accidentally drill into the headliner. Thanks for looking.
