I may have an extra brand new set of king pins but will have to go over to my dad's shop and check to see if they are still there.  I'll get back to you later.

I did locate the set of king pins which are NORS and all the components are in the box, pins, bearings, shims, end caps and retaining pins.  See picture below.  Prices are all over on these; from around a 100.00 to well over 200.00.  You can have them for 75.00 plus shipping.
