Looking to find a catalytic converter for my 76 deville. Any ideas on where to locate an inexpensive one?

Those cats were never very good. Much better to just get a modern one. High flow ones arent that expensive.
Begs the question. Do you really need one?
These cars run better without cats, not like modern cars.

Give John Gatley a call, if he has a good used one he'll treat you fairly. If he doesn't have one he'll give you a good suggestion what to do. I got a real good one from him for my 76 CDV at a very fair price. These cats are required by law. His number in Massachusetts is 1-617-445-3300.   EAM
