As a new member and long time owner of 4 Cadillacs I have not found (not on ebay) any passenger mirrors
for my two 57 Cadillacs or my 62. My 71 has factory one. Most after market ones are cheap China and don't match
the drivers one. I see there is a passenger mirror (factory) on 58 Fleetwood for sale on this web site. Did they make
a factory one (probably remote) for 57 year or 62 year ?? I love to buy one even a non remote one that would match
drivers side. Backing out of my tight home garage would be helpful with a passenger mirror.

Non-remote passenger mirrors were available.  They were standard on the '58 Sixty Special.  Because of the windshield pillar design on the '57 and '58, the passenger mirror is more for decoration.  From the driver's seat, you really can't even see the mirror.

Thank you for the informative reply. The tech world will probably have a micro camera for our passenger side with viewer attached
to our interior mirror soon, Gene

The '59 and '60 Sixty Specials had (non-remote) passenger side mirrors standard, but they are completely useless, at least in the factory posiiton, as they are blocked by the windshield pillar.  I dont think passenger side remotes came along until quite a few years later.

It's exactly the same as the drivers side and shape on my 57 Coupe de ville. I did notice sitting in passenger side and looking
to the left you can see the drivers mirror so the passenger one would work. Though Im the high bidder on your mirror Rich I may
hope to be out bid. Reason a lot of metal has to be cut out of passenger door mainly by a body shop for proper installation and
is it worth it on a all original car like mine. Your mirror Rich is listed as used but it looks brand new with the package of parts and
gasket. Thank you responding to this want ad. Gene

Good for you Rich for selling a rare mirror. Even though you had no reserve you sold it for $400 on Buy Now. Gene
