Hello all.
I am trying to find out if there is a manufacturer out there that offers a bolt on bracket system to mount alt, power steering pump, belt tensioner etc.to run serpentine belt and bolt to the 346 flat head motor? I am thinking of doing a few up grades I have seen this kind of thing for older sb chevys and think it would make things much easier. Any suggestions or leads would be greatly appreciated.

There is a serpentine belt system for the 472/500/425/368 block offered by MTS or the other competitor.  Unlike to be available for the 346. the 472/500/425 engines are known for high torque at low rpm and popular today via the muscle car craze to install in other cars besides Cadillac.  You may be able to make one by examining the conversion kit.  basically there would spacers so all belts are in same plane, new pulleys to accept the serpentine belt, fix all but one of the belt driven devices and use the last as an idler pulley.  Frankly, I don't see this offering a huge benefit to you in consideration of the time and trouble.  Been driving classics for ten years now and never suffered a belt issue (knock on wood).  Better off first converting to 12VDC and adding a/c if you have not already done so.
