I don't know about the M/C, but I bought wheel cylinders and rebuild kits right off the shelf at NAPA a couple of years ago. Might give them a look.

As a bonus they were DOT5 compliant although that may make no difference to you.

The master cylinder is available new at Kanter and elsewhere, I believe.  About $150.  Best option is to sleeve the old one with brass or stainless steel (or do that to the new one) to keep moisture from corroding the bore of the master over time.  Most owners don't flush and replace brake fluid often enough, leading to corrosion in the cylinders.

Wheel cylinders are available widely.  Domestically made ones can be purchased from NAPA for about $45 each, I think.  Imported ones from China or Italy are also available on the market, I believe, for a little less.  Again, the best solution is to sleeve the old ones (or new ones) with brasss or stainless steel.

Several places do sleeving.  I have had good results from White Post Restorations in VA...

Art's advice, as usually, is good. One additional thought re White Post which may not be relevant to your application. If - and that's intentionally bold - you wish to run DOT5 fluid, White Post emphaptically does NOT support that. And that's intentionally shouted as in kind with the reply from White Post that I received when I asked about a leaking wheel cylinder they had done for me.
