1968-ONLY right-side rear view mirror, excellent chrome and glass, includes the mounting bracket and allen-key set screw. This mirror fits Calais, DeVille, and Fleetwood models, but does NOT fit the Eldorado.  See photos. Can provide a copy of the factory paper mounting template.
