Hi all . Need some help . I bought a 1956 caddy convertible . And have engin problems and need to order some parts . For the engin but not sure of . Bhp or size . This is the number 5662146752 . If any can help . Chassis number 5562114614 . Bert s Ireland

First the model id sequence you list the engine as 5662146752, 56=year, 62=model so is a 1956 Series 62, 146752 is the number the car was completed from assembly. You can find additional information from the cow tag passenger side (left side) for options, color code, trim, etc.

You list the chassis as 5562114614, this indicates to be a 1955 can you validate the first two digits are 56 instead of 55?
