Did the 1994 Cadillac DeVille have retroreflective rear lenses?

I was hoping someone with first-hand knowledge or a 1994 DeVille could tell me whether the tail light lenses or any other lens on the rear is retroreflective like some of today's vehicles. Thanks.

Approximately the bottom 1/4th section of the taillamp assembly is the reflector on a '94 DeVille.

Since the '50s or possibly even earlier, all cars sold in the US required to have rear reflectors.
