1939 & 1940 Trunk Handle with Keys â€" For Sale

As I have posted before after some 30+ years I recently sold my beloved 1939 Cadillac Series 61 Sedan (39-6119). Over the years I accumulated many parts & manuals which no longer are needed by me.

For sale is a Trunk Handle with Keys that appears to work well. I bought it as a spare and never used it.

Key does turn in the lock cylinder and the lock pin does go up and down. Chrome is in decent shape.

I was told this handle would fit my 39 Series 61 as well as a 1940. Please confirm its application as I do not know for sure and am just passing along what the seller told me when I bought it years ago. Please see note below by Bob H. who pointed out this appears to be a Mopar handle - not Cadillac/GM. Thank you Bob H !!!

I think that trunk handle is not Cadillac. The keys & chevrons look Mopar??
