1959 Cadillac Horn Ring

Hello Members,
I am nearing completion of my 1959 Cadillac, Series 62, but o am still missing a few items;
1. Complete horn ring even if it needs plating
Or, does anyone know how or where I can have the partial horn ring replaced?

2. The trunk release repair person or shop?

I have seen on Ebay someone in the LA area stating that they can rebuild the trunk motors and I might have one or two older reproduction horn rings available that will need to be finished.

"Eldorado Jay" 443-402-1125 restores trunk closers. Not cheap.
