Hello,

I think this may have been asked in the past and perhaps is an unknowable unknown but does anybody have a formula or a sample of either Andes Sand or Kasha Beige which was used on the center section of the 1937 Lasalle dash?

Is this color metallic?  Do you have a clean original spot to match to?

I don't have any color to match to as the entire dash was painted the correct shadow metallic color so that is why I am looking for either a paint chip or if someone perhaps painted their dash correctly and has a modern formula.  In photographs, the color (which is only applied to the center part of the dash and two small spots on each of the door garnish moldings) appears to be a non metallic beige.

Do you plan to remove the panel from the dash to paint it or mask and paint it in place? if you are planning to remove it, you can carefully wet sand through the layers to reveal a spot of the original Andes Sand to match to.

I am not planning to take out the dash but carefully paint in place.
