Hi all,

My 96 Fleetwood has a noisy belt tensioner on cooling fan serpentine belt. My car has the trailer towing package so it has two belts and two tensioners. The front one on the cooling fan was discontinued a looooong time ago.  My repair shop has tried to find one since last week and can not.  Ideas and suggestions would be most appreciated.  Thank you and have an awesome Thanksgiving. :-)
I would rather push an old Cadillac, than drive a new anything:-)

I drove a 1995 Cadillac Fleetwood RWD and it had the two electric cooling fans.  The towing option must include an extra fan or something that is not electric.  Reason I bring this up is it may be rare, as was the towing package.  Look st the Buick Roadmaster and the Chevy Caprice/Impala/SS as that used the same LT-1 engine which also offered a towing package (1994-96 should be same).  Maybe the part will come up.  An example of this is the elbow shaped PVC boot that plugs into rocker arm cover on 1970-1976 Cadillacs - only comes up at NAPA as a 1974 emission part.

I had several Roadmasters and remember belt drive fans and only one belt so this could be a rare part.   How about looking up Corvette?  I would think those had electric fans so maybe the same setup?   How about a Firebird specialty place?

Corvettes won't cross apply here - way to different in the engine compartment. Try fleabay for the tensionors.
