1950 Cadillac Neutral Safety Switch Wiring

Can anyone provide a diagram on how to wire in a neutral safety switch on a 1950 Cadillac? There are two larger wires that screw on and two smaller ones that are crimped directly to the switch. On the switch it has each labeled 1 to 4, but manual doesn’t specify which one is which. The previous owner ripped out the original harness, cut the wires, and I cannot trace the wires. Any help is appreciated!

Someone here can probably answer your question, but for future reference you may find these full color, laminated wiring diagrams very handy.  Cheap at twice the price.
