I'm looking for a Concours restoration or a very low mileage car.  I have a soft spot for blue but color is flexible.  Doesn't have to be the highest optioned car on the planet but it does need to be a 98-point Pebble Beach car.  I'm content to pay top dollar for the right car, well above market if needed for a spectacular example.

If there are one or two that are regarded as the best, please do let me know!  I'm fairly well versed in the cars themselves but not so much the national community of owners, etc!

Thanks,
Dave
