Getting close to my restoration’s grand finale.  Might anyone have or have leads on any of the following?

•   Gold dashboard emblem with crest and script that spells out “Nineteen Fifty Six;”
•   A set of working clamshell horns.  These seem to be common among 1953-56 Cadillacs: Part #900 0303 for the RH horn and #900 0304 for the LH horn. Eldorados built after Jan. 1956 also had a third clamshell-type horn that sounded like a trumpet horn, but I haven’t found that part number;
•   Any/all of the three rear bumper pieces: the ends unique to the Eldorado, and the center bar common to all ’56 Cadillacs;
•   The vent window frame for the driver’s-side door, part #415 7039 LH, which includes the triangular metal boss that sits within and attaches to the door.  (Apparently this unique-to-convertibles piece is interchangeable among 1954 and ‘55 Eldorado and Series 62 ragtops);
•   The three-piece fiberglass parade boot;
•   Tinted plexiglass sunvisors unique to the Eldorado.

Thanks in advance!

Hi,
I should have the gold nineteen fifty six dash emblem. I have some of the horns here too, but I need to test them to see if they are working,

Thanks Michael.  Look forward to hearing what you find!

Hi,
Here are a couple pics of the dash emblem, I have a bunch of the horns but haven’t tested them yet. It might be easiest to email me direct at faded.fins@yahoo.ca
Thanks
Michael
