Windshield Washer with Brass Pump-1950 Series 62

Hi everyone.  I have been researching either the repair or replacement of the washer bottle on my 50 Series 62

It appears I have an "earlier" model where the inner workings are contained in a brass sleeve, and not plastic or some other material.  The pump repair kits we see online at Fusick/McVeys and others, although listed for 1950 models, are not for this style of pump.  The lid as well appears to be unique as the pump is held to the lid but a threaded bolt/nut.  I don't see these listed on any of the usual reseller sites on Fusick Part # WPRK507 it says "Please note this repair kit will not work with the 1st design brass pump"

So has anyone gone down this road before and found the relevant parts?  Is this bottle used on any other Cadillac or GM models?  I checked the parts interchange manual but it doesn't list anything for this item

Mine is not a how car.  i would be willing to buy an entirely new bottle in from another year/style if it would work with the same style of Jar, but i want to run this to ground first.  Again if anyone has considered this or done it please let me know
