A friend of mine asked for brake cylinders and master cylinder for his 1938 Serie 75 car. My oldest parts list is going through 1936, the next one is beginning with 1939 for the brake cylinders...Therefore, I have no idea how long those parts were used.
Anyway, are those parts still available, or the best solution is to resleeve them?
Thanks for your opinion, suggestion!

I recently found all  "new" for a 1938 v16 formal. They were a direct fit from Cadillac unlimited I believe.

I also did a 1939 series 75, and those needed slight mounting  "modification" to fit, apparently there were some changes in 1939 Early vs late. There was a wheel cylinder piston diameter change as well.

Thanks for your comments. Alas, without part list, it's difficult to know which are interchangeable. Unless the owner will buy the corresponding parts list, I'm not buying one for just one demand in 10 years...
Will have a look at Cadillac unlimited.

Warren, many thanks for the part numbers and specifications. This will help not to buy the wrong parts!

At this time, within 6 months
I was able to get a 'NEW' remanufactured master cylinder for both cars. No cre deposits either
