1950s 1959 Cadillac Gas Tank Straps Authenticity Correct?

What is the original finish for 1959 1. Gas tank straps?
2. Vent tube at rear of tank?
3. Filler neck?

I just sandblasted these parts and want to replicate the correct finish.

For the straps on 1961 mine were black under the areas of undercoating I pried off. Solid rust everywhere that undercoating was no longer present.
