Good evening group,

Well, it finally happened. 1976 Fleetwood, 86,000 original miles. Wife needed to go to the Supermarket so we jumped into Hobbes the Fleetwood and turned the headlights on. There was a pause, and then they turned on.

Weird, so go to the Supermarket, try the lights several times, everything seems OK.

Come out of the Supermarket, and I have sidelights, but no low beams. High beams work just fine.

Twilight Sentinel was turned OFF as was Guidematic.

Looks like I need the special Four-Prong Guidematic dimmer switch; any help is greatly appreciated!

Best,

James F. Smith
