Welp the leaking out of my 59's transmission has become more than just worrisome.  its downright messy.  When I went to pick up the car last weekend there was a nice pool of transmission fluid below the car.  Funny because she still had enough fluid to register on the dipstick.  In any case with 96k miles its about time for a rebuild.  I took several of the local suggestions however I'm opting to try AZ Collector Cars located less than a mile from where I store the car.  They'll pull the transmission and take a look to see exactly what she needs however I'm going to opt for a full rebuild to put my mind at ease.

I was taking a look at Caddy Daddy's kits and they look pretty nice, although slightly pricey.  Has anyone used their kits before?  If so what were your thoughts on the quality of parts?  If I'm going to drop a sizable amount of cash into the trans I might as well put the best in there I possibly can.
