I purchased a master cylinder/booster unit and begging the replacement process. Looks like it may be more involved than I had hope.  Accessing the four nuts securing the unit to the firewall is not straight forward.

I think in this case the shop manual over simplifies the process.

Has anyone tackled this job and has tips to make it easier?

60eldo

I just did my 60. It is hard, but go slow. Get on your back with a good light on your head cause youll need both hands. I used  socket with swiville and an extention. Just be patient, you will get them off.
