I've made other lodging arrangements so a room should be available at the Embassy Suites in Murfreesboro. The reservations phone number is

***UPDATE**

I just spoke with the Embassy Suites Murfreesboro and in order to take advantage of the CLC Group Rate,

1) The reservation must be made by phone (615-890-4464)

2) You must provide my name and confirmation #86370506

Eric, did your reservation happen to include Sunday night into Monday? If so, let me know and I can grab the Sunday night slot. I'll be getting there earlier than expected and rooms in that area are booked tight.

Trip Advisor isn't even taking reservations anywhere around there for that week.

My reservation was for June 2-7. It's possible it would have to phoned in for this specific case.

Another Host Hotel reservation is available for 6/1 to 6/8/2025.

A Motor City Region member is unable to attend due to work commitments and is offering his GN Host Hotel Room Reservation if someone needs it.
