I am talking to someone in Germany who tried to order an Authenticity manual and his email said thank you for your €0 order. He does not know if his order went through or what he was charged for shipping. Who could I suggest he talk to now.

Here is the one I got. Has the total and actually says which class manual was ordered. His does not say what version.
