The leaves are turning beautiful colors and now the wheels are turning under our beautiful Cadillacs (Author unknown and it shall remain that way...)

In the October 2024 issue of the Standard of The World newsletter:

Page 1. On the cover is a preview of Neal Polan's creation; Mels Diner.  We shall visit after our First Saturday Breakfast.

Page 2. NTXCLC First Saturday Breakfast.  This is both a social get together, business meeting, and car show.

Page 3. Time for election of unfilled officer positions.

Page 4. Get your reservation in for the 2025 CLC Grand National. The hotel fills up fast.  A lot of fun things are planned – see the Self Starter for more details. Also, the Winter Reunion & Board Meetings is being held Jan. 29–Feb. 1, in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The host hotel is an Embassy Suites. All CLC members and spouses can attend.

Page 5. A 1949 Cadillac60 Special Retro Rod is sale by the son of this newsletter's former editor. This looks like a really fine creation.

Page  6.  Classifieds. And some chrome wheels for sale.  (They are Brand new.)
