What is it?

  I bought all of Garth Carrier's castings and molds a few years ago. His parts were 1927-1931 mostly. There was a bag of these unlabeled and I don't know what they are. If any one recognizes them, let me know what they are.

Ok, someone sent me a PM telling what the part is but it seems I've developed the memory of a gnat. I can't remember the answer or the person that answered it for me!
 Please, if you know what it is, answer it here so I can find it when I forget the next time!
