1946-1949 47 series 60 Float level setting

I have ordered a shop manual but it hasn't arrived yet. The sheet in the carburetor kit is blurry. Can anyone tell me what the float level setting is for a 47 series 60 with a Carter WCD. Thanks in advance for the replies.

Carter WCD  Models 595s-595sa casting on flange 446 & 552 Cadillac 1946-48

Float Level: Distance from seam of float (both sides at top center) to lower edge of bowl cover, when needle is seated  to be 9 /64 inch. (Use gauge T-109-160)
