HI Friends

I need the dimensions of the running boards for my Cadillac 1935 355D Coupe Convertible.

Fisher bodies, Series 10, wheelbase 128".

I wont to reproduce it as the original.

Pictures or sketchs or drawings will be most helpful.

Thanks,

It sounds like a real challenge .I think running boards were stamped steel in 1935.

A check of the parts book (group10.1192) says there were 3 different sets used on the 355D.

The wheelbase is important . Fisher body wheelbase 128" and 136" body types 35718 and 35668. Fleetwood (V-windshield)wheelbase 146", body type 5735.  Are all convertible coupes.

Since 355D was made in 1934 and 1935. Either year would be the same. And body style doesn't
 matter ,just wheelbase.

If your car is the Fleetwood  the same runningboards also fit 370D(v-12) ,452D(V-16) and
36-90 (1936 V-16)

I hope this helps getting the right information .   Warren

Hi,
Andy Dow , 518-742-6272 probably has originals that you could buy to start your process.
Let me know if you find a source for the rubber mats.
Good Luck,
Jim
