2025 CLC Grand National Hotel One-Night Deposit

If anyone has cancelled their Grand National Hotel Reservation and was told their one-night deposit is non-refundable, please be assured this is not correct.

The CLC Hotel Contract for the 2025 Grand National at the Murfreesboro Embassy Suites allows for the reservation to be cancelled up to 45 days in advance with no penalty.

Please contact Derrick or Taylor in the Murfreesboro Embassy Suites Sales Department at 615-890-4464 if you previously cancelled and your one-night deposit was not refunded OR if you need to cancel prior 45 days of the event and you are being told the amount is non-refundable.
