Pre-war (up to 1942) 3 way master cylinder brass fitting

I'm looking for a source for a 3 way brass master cylinder
 fitting for a 1938 Lasalle, model 50. Triangle mount.
Brake light switch bolt goes through fitting and into master cylinder.

I need one too. for 38 60 special sedan. has all original lines etc. everything worn out. I already have the new master cylinder though. any help thanks. Dave
