Gentlemen,

The 1959 and 1960 Eldorado and Fleetwood wheel covers are supposed to have their center painted black or polished?

I've seen them both ways, but mostly polished.

Thanks!

I believe the '59 rings were plain and the '60s were painted black.

Eric is correct. '60 had the black rings. Although it seems like plenty of cars are mismatched, including my own '60, which has '59 wheelcovers. Although I've never had anyone else notice it.

Thank you Eric and David for clarifying this, I'll do as you said.
