1947 limo

I WANT TO PUT A NEWER MOTOR/TRANS ECT. AND THE FRONT SUSPENSION IN A 1947 SERIES 75 LIMO. ANY SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT CONVERSION MIGHT BE THE MOST COMPATABLE?

Don, I dont have a solution, but, I admire the problem!
All kidding aside, there was a picture of a 41 in one of the later issues of the SS that was going to be powered by a "northstar" ,installed in a "north-South" configuration.
Dont know what transmission they planed to use.
But, anything is possible, if given enough time amd money.
a suggestion, get on the "Modified Cadillac" board and ask your question. someone will make a good or better suggestion then what I have.
Except, if you are not already a member of the CLC, let me invite you to join, it will be the best thing you have ever brought for $35.00.
