Im restoring my first 1974 eldorado convertible and the cardboard/chipboard that the upholstery in the back seat(back of the back seat) hooks to fell apart. Does  anyone know where I can get a replacement for a decent price or have any ideas on how to work with the piece I have?

Thank you, very much, for your time ,

Dominick, IF the old cardboard can be put together with tape to use as a pattern. Cut a replacement from 1/8" MASONITE board, or, FORMICA.
You should be able to obtain replacement Cardboard from
anyplace that sells uphosity material.
Good Luck, Jim

Another option is to find the rear seat back from a coupe and use it.  The convertibles tend to get wet, thus the fiberboard falling apart.
