Very Old Cadillac Jack; Need Info

I recently picked up a very old jack with the Cadillac logo on one side and Muckeye Jack Mfg Co. and NO 06 AS on the other side.  It is rather large 18 - 24 inches extended and is the old toothed kind (like a toothed jack stand).  Any information on the possible year of manufacture and what model car it was carried on would be appreciated.  Thanks in advance.  Gary Johnson

The jack question, Gary, I cant help you with But do have a question of my own to ask you. Just where is MEKINOCK, ND, the reason I ask is I lived in ND (at MINOT) for over ten years and never heard of a town by the name of Mekinock while I lived there.
