Wanted - For '66 Cadillac DeVille - Side View Mirror and also info.

Wanted to buy - NOS or mint original side view mirror for passenger side to fit my 1966 Coupe DeVille Convertible.  This may be the same as the driver's side, but I am not sure.  Pictures of this mirror attached.

* Also need to know the paint color (or formula) for the heads and if the embossed word, "Cadillac" was painted along with the heads or another color - possibly white. The heads on my car are currently a fairly dark blue - all one color.  I want to do some detailing under the hood soon.

Fred, I doubt if you will be able to place a mirror on the passengers side-the trim on that side does not have the "cutaway" portion like the drivers side. Eldorados have a different,narrower, beltline trim-it is possible to have a mirror there.

You are 100% correct.  I don't know why I didn't check that in the first place.  I guess I won't be needing a passenger side mirror after all and this will save quite a few dollars, due to the rarity of a mirror that Cadillac never made!  See pictures.
