I wanted to know if someone needed the very rare color mat. If not Im going to dye it to match my cars color. I know the terracotta is one of the rarest of Eldo colors. If interested let me know. I will sell it for what I paid and get another color from my vendor.

I paid 275.00 plus shipping. I don't mind dying this as I found a source which still carried the factory formula UCV dyes and have had 6 cans made. The color is dead on and with the new Bulldog adhesion promoter it works very well and doesn't come off. So its no sweat off my back. I just hate to see one of the rarest color mats get changed. I can always get some off color like persian lime green one or beige or something that is not as rare but if not Ill dye this one. The NOS rear mats is Dark Jade.

I have decided to just go ahead and dye it. Just thought I would help someone out that might have been looking for years to improve their car.

When you say "terracota" are you refffering to the "red" color that
was offered in 1973?  If so, I could be interested.  Send me an E-Mail
and a pic if you can.

Not sure, but I think terracotta was introduced with the '74 models.  It was sort of a brick red.

Yes, the terracotta is a 74 color and it is indeed a brick color
